Typical local products include some kind of cheese (Tomini del Talucco, Seirass del Fen, Tome di Montagna) and salami (such as Mustardela delle Valli Valdesi), the ancient varieties of local apples and cakes (Panettone Piemontese, Torta Zurigo and homemade chocolate).

Drinks to be mentioned are the fully certified local wines (Doux d’Henry e Ramie) and some liqueures made of mountain herbal infusion.
